actually, I am writing this review for my 11 year old daughter. She found these boots online and fell in love with them. I made the purchase. Unfortunately, we ordered a size too small - I called the company upon returning the wrong size - They were so great and cooperative. Now my daughter has the right size and she loves these moccasins. The quality it awesome!! Thanks Amazon for the connection and all your efforts!
